Netherite backport

This is a simple mod to backport the 1.16 diamondkiller to 1.12

WARNING: the armour and tools DO burn in lava (I don't know how to change that)

Obtaining and crafting is exactly as in vanilla minecraft.

Due to a bug ancient debris does not spawn in the nether, I am currently fixing the problem but it will take longer than expected.

In the meantime I am going to add a recipie for it (see comments for more information and recipie suggestions)
