Caves n Cliffs - Decoration Backport

Ever wanted to build with more than that boring cobblestone and always the same old bricks? Well, here you go: CnC adds most of the important blocks like amethyst buds, deepslate and dripstone.

Now introducing: Stairs! We finally took the time to add all stairs from 1.18 to this lovely mod. Just as any other block, you'll find them in the building tab of the creative mode. Note that slabs are not implemented yet (WIP).
