Railcraft Cosmetic Additions

Requirements:

For 1.7.10 - Minecraft Forge 1.7.10-10.13.4.1614 + Railcraft 9.12.0.0 or higher.

For 1.10.2 - Minecraft Forge 1.10.2-12.18.3.2281 + Railcraft 10.1.0  up to 10.3.1 

For 1.10.2 and Railcraft 10.4.1 and higher: Use version 3.0.6 or higher

This mod adds cosmetic pieces to the mod "Railcraft".
