Footwork API

This is required by Project: War Dance, Taoism, Cloak and Dagger, and Combat Circle. It adds some methods and states used between all of them.

The mod provides the ICombatCapability for ItemStacks, which allows custom posture values interpreted on a per-stack basis without having to necessarily install Project: War Dance.

It also adds a dummied out stealth base. This is used for Cloak and Dagger to override with more robust stealth mechanics, while permitting PWD to use awareness status without Cloak and Dagger installed.

By itself, this mod does nothing. I am uploading this now because then I can use it as a dependency in my other workspaces. I don't know what kind of other description I have to add. This is all it does.
