BronySpecs - additional Pokémon Specifications for Pixelmon Reforged!

Pokemon Specifications are a powerful and useful tool for Server Owners, allowing them to precisely configure plugins and create specific Pokémon! BronySpecs adds further levels of customisation, not available through native Pixelmon Reforged or other Minecraft Forge mods/plugins, by adding entirely new, custom Pokémon Specifications (an universal description of a Pokémon's attribute, defined via text with keys and arguments). 

The following Pokémon Specifications are available through BronySpecs:

1. All Species: matches against any Pokémon species. e.g. 'allspecies' or 'all'
2. Custom Flag: apply a specific string value to a Pokémon's data. e.g. 'customflag:event' or 'cflag:14/07/23' or 'placeholder:example'
3. Hidden Ability Chance: define a numeric chance from 1 to 100 for the Pokémon to have its Hidden Ability, if one is available! e.g. 'hiddenabilitychance:50' or 'hachance:100'
4. Palette Chance: define a numeric chance from 1 to 100 for the Pokémon to have a specific palette/texture, if one is available! e.g. 'palettechance:pink-50' or 'ctchance:alter-100' or 'texturechance:rainbow-1'
5. Shiny Tag: define a numeric chance from 1 to 100 for a Pokémon to be shiny, is available! e.g. 'shinychance:1' or 'schance:100'
6. Has Tag: modifies or blacklists a Pokémon to/from become a random species (and form) based on a specific defined tag. e.g. 'tag:alolan-true' (Pokémon will be a random Alolan form) or 'tag:advanced-false' (Pokemon will never be an advanced form)
7. Unfusable: Pokémon such as Kyurem/Reshiram/Zekrom, Calyrex/Glastrier/Spectrier, etc can no longer be fused or unfused.
8. Egg Steps: subtracts the value specified from a specific Pokémon's egg steps. 
9. Friendship: sets a specific Pokémon's friendship to the value specified.
10. Modify Friendship: increases a Pokémon's friendship by the value specified.
11. Gigantamax: allows a specific Pokémon's to Gigantamax or not.
12. Dynamax Level: sets a specific Pokémon's Dynamax level to the value specified.
13. Modify Dynamax Level: increases a Pokémon's Dynamax level by the value specified.
14. Randomize IVs: completely randomizes a Pokémon's IVs. Use this alongside Pixelmon's IV Requirements to fix the bug of other non-modified IVs being zero.
15. Minimum IVs Percentage: randomly sets a specified Pokémon's IVs to sum more than or equal to the value specified.
16. Egg Cycles: subtracts the value specified from a specific Pokémon's egg cycles. 
17. Final Evolution: sets the Pokémon to its final evolution.
