Dynamic Trees Create Compat

NOTE: This mod will not work for Create > 6.0.0, and it is intended to not update to that version, because Create already has support for the DynamicTrees without this mod.

What the mod does is simple: it re-adds the compatibility for Mechanical Saw to chop down trees from Dynamic Trees.

You might think it's something that more worth as a PR to the repository of Create, but given the fact that the compat is disabled since 1.18.2 and never uncommented till 1.20.1, I believe it should be an independent addon rather than getting disabled due to version bump and not re-implemented for another 3 years:

In addition to the simple breaking behavior like how it was in original compat, the mod also added an alternative way in the configuration to make the tree actually chopped down by the mechanical saw, much like a player chopping it down with an axe or something:
