More Frequent Cave Sounds

This mod makes cave sounds much more frequent by playing one every 2 minutes if the player if bellow Y = 62. This is regardless of the light level they're in and completely bypasses the "Mood" metter.

I made this mod because I find the cave noises very interesting but because I'm never in a dark cave long enough for the Mood to reach 100%, I end up almost never hearing them.

The V2 version of this mod starts supporting customization through the file config\mfcs-client.toml (read the Changelog for the new features).
