🔍 Overview!

Welcome to the most magical modpack on earth!

Well, not really, MCParks is responsible for most of the magic. My goal with this modpack is to enhance your MCParks experience and make it as enjoyable and issue-free as possible. Optifine is great, but we have reached a point where practically all of MCParks' custom features can be addressed by individual mods. From here, Fabric opens the gates to similar performance on newer versions (more on this below in Technical Details), quality of life additions, and better visuals. The “practically” part is that there are some missing features and bugs, but your experience shouldn’t be affected heavily, and I think the tradeoffs are well worth it! Now, as always, we’re continuing to move forward into the future, and MCParks will update to newer versions of the game (probably not, but one can wish). Currently, incompatible and up-and-coming mods can be used to make improvements. The MCParks Modpack will never be completed. It will continue to grow as long as there is imagination left in the world. But to do this, I need your help, whether bug reports, recommendations, or complaints. Below is a list of notable features, with a complete list further down. Now have a great big beautiful tomorrow!

• Huge view distances to fully take in the work of the builders.
• Easily connect to and control MCParks' authentic audio without the website.
• Revamped chat that includes universal emojis, longer history, configurable auto Welcome Home, and configurable macros (G:/sit, H:/fly)!
• Emotes to interact with other players (B)!
• Included shaders for even better ambiance.
• Smooth head movement on attractions.
• Custom models which replace the trash bins.
• Walt Disney Presents: One Man's Dream plays the actual full-length film.

MCParks Specific

• Built-in MCParks audio client, no need for the website anymore!
• Replaces MCParks' trash bins with actual models!
• Plays the actual video for Walt Disney Presents: One Man's Dream!
• View showtimes formatted to your time zone! Use 'F8' or your MagicBand!
• Configure a custom welcome home message to be sent when a new player joins! Can't be tricked by fake messages!
• Manually and/or automatically reduce the quality of demanding models!
• Removed the bars above the hotbar to clean up your screen!

• Configurable chat macros, have a look at controls in options!
• Smooth head movement on attractions!
• Dynamic crosshair that hides itself!

🛠️ Technical Details!

The minimum RAM allocation is 2GBs; however, I recommend you allocate 4GBs of RAM or more, don't go over 8GBs.

One of the mod pack's primary objectives is to deliver the best possible performance. As a result, many users with mid to high-end machines shouldn't have many problems with the default settings. However, MCParks can be intensive to run on some older machines. If you experience any trouble, please consider…

1. Switching Shaders to VanillAA (If your GPU can't keep up or you don't have a GPU, it's recommended that you try VanillAA, which is very lightweight anyway, before disabling them completely).
2. Lowering Render Distance (If you want the original MCParks experience, set it to 10)
3. Settings Particles to Decreased (MCParks makes use of lots of particles)

Full functionality is not guaranteed for macOS users.
