Quilt

Quilt is the next step in Minecraft optimisation modpacks.

Quilt is a collection of Fabric mods that will noticeably improve your client and server performance whilst adding much-needed quality-of-life improvements.

Using Sodium, Lithium, and Phosphor by jellysquid_, you can not only expect a dramatic FPS boost but also faster chunkloading and vastly improved server tick times.

Average FPS is noticeably increased even compared to Optifine

Other Optifine features such as zooming, fog adjustment, and dynamic lights are present (more features may be added in the near future)

Free, custom capes are available through MinecraftCapes Mod.

In addition to these features, advanced control over sound output devices along with on-the-fly sound reloading is now possible.

Other features include borderless windowed mode, in-game reauthentication, advanced item tooltips, hunger and saturation tooltips, shulkerbox and enderchest tooltips, Discord rich presence, light overlays, item despawn effects, biome-dynamic water colours, and general user interface improvements.

For server owners, a server pack is also included. This removes all client-side only mods, and takes advantage of Phosphor and Lithium for general performance improvements, along with FastBench and FastFurnace to further aid in performance.
