ATTENTION 

This modpack is HIGHLY recommended to play in multiplayer, however you may play by yourself.

To enter the Backrooms themselves, you need to suffocate yourself under a block with physics, an example would be sand or gravel.

This modpack sends you into the endless loops of levels and rooms called the Backrooms as we know it. It is handcrafted with few mods to create an immersive and realistic experience. I recommed you enter creative mode if you want to use the camera fromt the "Exposure" mod after you get into the Backrooms, since entering it wipes all the items from your inventory. This mod uses a mod called "Backrooms Found Footage" which is an incredibly realistic mod on the curseforge page.
