CustomTree

CustomTree is a modern world-generation mod for Minecraft that replaces vanilla trees with custom-made and carefully designed NBT structures. The mod enhances forests and natural environments with more detailed tree generation while trying to maintain compatibility with other mods as well as world generation performance.

Compatibility

While I try to maintain compatibility with different mods, I cannot promise that every mod will work. Especially mods that modify tree generation or add their own trees will probably not be compatible with this mod.

Updating to Other Versions

The goal of this mod is to support nearly every modern Minecraft version. However, please keep in mind that updating and porting a mod to newer Minecraft versions takes time, especially as Mojang frequently changes internal game code and world generation systems.

At the moment, I am primarily focused on supporting newer Minecraft releases and do not currently plan to backport the mod to significantly older versions in the near future.

If you would like to use the mod on an unsupported older version, you are free to decompile and port the mod yourself in accordance with the project's license.
