ModSelectively disable the following using game rules: no eye of ender locating, no portal frame filling, no end portal teleportation.

Description
Three independent options, three gamerules:
- eyeSeekStronghold - toggles if the Eye of Ender can locate the Stronghold
- endPortalFilling - toggles if the Eye of Ender can be right-clicked on a portal frame
- endPortalCollision - toggles if End Portal blocks can teleport entities
By default, all three are set to true, meaning the end is fully enabled.
