Enhanced Celestials Shader Support

Client side mod that enables compatibility between Enhanced Celestials and Iris/Iris shader packs.

1.21.1 requires Java 21, while 1.20.1 requires Java 17.

As of this writing, this mod supports fragment shaders that use an explicit output variable. Shaders that use either gl_FragColor or gl_FragData[] are not supported (this will change). Shaders can differ between GLSL versions, so not all use cases can be covered at once. Please report any issues on the GitHub page.
