Allows to add customizable chat tabs in Mc to filter

Usecases:

• filer out messages of for example a friend to a seperate screen on big servers
• filter chat

Features:

Adding Chat Tabs that:

• can be customized for each server individually
• have dependencies, which determine when a message is shown in the screen
• can fully be customised style-wise (opacity, outline, position, text size)
• session chat cache (allows to connect to other servers, without deleting previous chat)
