This mod doesn't really have a particular theme, but it adds a lot of things that make minecraft have a richer experience. The mod is best combined with AE2 or RS. I wont include the crafting recipes here, since JEI o.e. is a must novadays.

The mod is highly configurable and has a lot of balance tweaks.

How to enable Mob Shield magnet:

1. You'll need an RF energy-source, in this case I'm using a creative energy cell
optional: you can make a platform using Enhanced Diamond Blocks to amplify the range

2. Place the Mob Shield on the energy source, followed by a Transversal Chest and a Hopper
Important: the Mob Shield can only be powered from the bottom

3. Place Lapislazuli Blocks like shown, make sure there's space in the middle

You can toggle between the magnet modes by shift-right clicking on the Mob Shield

You'll know that the mob shield is powered if it makes ambient sounds and is spawning particles
