Early Caps

Have you ever wanted to use your hard earned bottlecaps on a Pokemon without grinding it to max level? With Early Caps, you can set the minimum level to whatever you wish! This works on clients and servers, and the configuration is very simple: set the only option to the level you'd like to be able to use bottlecaps at.

This setting is shared between both Gold and Silver bottlecaps.
