Olympus Mod Pack

The Olympus Mod Pack is the official modpack for Olympus, the modded branch of the whitelisted Minecraft server Theatria.

Olympus is designed as a long-term NeoForge survival experience focused on building, exploration, engineering, discovery, and player-driven projects. The pack keeps the world recognizably Minecraft while expanding what players can build, explore, automate, and experiment with.

This pack is primarily intended for use on the Olympus multiplayer server and is required to connect. It can be played in singleplayer, but its main purpose is to provide the intended Olympus server experience.

Core Experience

Olympus expands Minecraft without turning it into a heavily prescribed quest pack. There is no fixed progression path. Players are encouraged to explore, build, engineer, trade, travel, and discover systems through play.

The pack is built around four main pillars:

• Expanded building and world variety
• Create-powered engineering and infrastructure
• New adventure dimensions and structures
• Multiplayer tools for claims, shops, logging, and server management

Engineering and Movement

Olympus uses Create as its central mechanical system. Create adds rotational power, machines, contraptions, automation, trains, factories, and mechanical infrastructure.

The pack also includes Create Aeronautics, which expands Create with physics-based vehicles and moving contraptions. Players can build airships, vehicles, mobile machines, and other large-scale mechanical projects.

Additional Create-related support includes:

• Create: Copycats+, adding flexible decorative copycat blocks for detailed builds
• Create Offroad and Create Simulated, included as part of the Aeronautics ecosystem
• Ponder, used by Create for in-game instructional scenes
• Flywheel, used for Create rendering and performance

Exploration and World Generation

Olympus adds new terrain, structures, and dimensions while keeping the game grounded in Minecraft survival.

Major world and exploration mods include:

• Biomes O' Plenty, adding many new overworld biomes, trees, flowers, and natural blocks
• Dungeons and Taverns, adding dungeons, taverns, and structures to discover while exploring
• Incendium, expanding the Nether with new terrain, biomes, structures, and challenges
• Nullscape, transforming the End into a more surreal and varied dimension
• The Aether, adding the classic sky dimension with new mobs, blocks, dungeons, and progression
• The Bumblezone, adding a bee-themed dimension with new exploration and encounters
• The Undergarden, adding a dark underground dimension with its own blocks, mobs, and progression
• SparseStructures, used to control structure density

Olympus includes a small set of quality-of-life and settlement-oriented mods that support long-term multiplayer survival.

• Farmer's Delight expands farming and cooking with new meals, ingredients, and kitchen blocks
• Spud's Shops adds simple player shops for multiplayer trade
• Just Enough Items provides item and recipe lookup
• Polymorph helps resolve recipe conflicts

Multiplayer and Server Tools

Olympus is built for a whitelisted multiplayer server, so the pack includes several management and protection tools.

• Xaero's World Map provides a fullscreen world map for navigation and exploration
• Simple Voice Chat a voice chat system built directly into the game
• Open Parties and Claims is used for player parties, chunk claims, and protected player spaces

Server Philosophy

Theatria is a building-focused community with a longstanding no-reset, no pay-to-win philosophy. Olympus expands that idea through modded gameplay while preserving the emphasis on creativity, persistence, and player-driven projects.

The Overworld is intended to serve as the main settled realm for claims, towns, shops, homes, and long-term infrastructure. Other dimensions function more like frontier realms for exploration, resources, combat, and discovery.

Olympus is not designed as a quest-driven or heavily guided modpack. It is a multiplayer survival world where players create the story through what they build, automate, explore, and share with the community.
