To get started, check out the Pyrotechnic Esoterica that you receive in your Akashic Tome upon loading a new world. It'll guide you throughout the beginning stages of surviving along your journey. You're going to need to get familiar with obtaining plant fibers from tall grass, sticks from leaves, and picking up rocks from the ground. Your initial tools will be a crude set, from Pyrotech, from which you'll progress to bone or flint tools, and continue through Tinker's Construct for further ore processing. You'll find all of that as well as the rest of the necessary information in your Pyrotechnic Esoterica, so good luck and enjoy!
