Magma Bubble Column Backport

This mod emulates the bubble elevator introduced in the 1.13 version.

This has same properties of the vanilla one(speaking of speed and how the player moves), which i found in the vanilla code.

It works with every kind of entitiy, including dropped items and mobs.

This mod simply replaces the magma block with a new block that places the bubbles, but don't worry it will continue to be the magma you know and love so much.
