Not so simple Creative Dimension

Features:
- Custom portal between the Overworld and a Creative Dimension
- Flat, structure-free Creative Dimension
- No natural mob spawning in the Creative Dimension
- Separate player inventories per dimension
- Separate Curios slots per dimension
- Creative mode inside the Creative Dimension, with survival restored when returning
- If you die in the Creative Dimension, you respawn near the last Overworld portal you used
- Your real bed or world spawn point is never changed

Important:
- Required on both client and server
- Curios compatibility is supported when Curios is installed
- Please Backup your worlds / servers before introducing this mod
