ME Quest Detector - A mod that links AE2 storage with FTB Quests (NeoForge 1.21.1 port)

Overview
This mod is a NeoForge 1.21.1 high-version port of the original project AE2-Ftbquest-Detector. Original project on CurseForge: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/ae2-ftbquest-detector
The original mod adds the ME Quest Detector, an AE2 device that automatically detects or submits items/fluids from your AE2 storage to complete FTB quests. The detector binds to the FTB team of the player who placed it, and supports a toggle for fluid consumption on fluid tasks.
This port retains all of the above functionality and adapts it for 1.21.1 with several improvements.
