Description
Falloutcraft is a Fallout inspired modpack with the goal to make the game as post-apocalyptic/Fallout-like as possible, while improving on the base Minecraft experience. Survival in this new world is extremely hostile with new weather effects, enemies and environmental status. You aren’t powerless however because you can craft/enchant yourself powerful guns, melee weapons and armor suits which will give you a significant leg-up in this unforgiving world. This modpack includes significant changes to the overworld, nether and adds a few other dimensions.
Lore:
The world has been torn apart by nuclear warfare between humans and demon invaders. As a result, the world is now an irradiated wasteland filled with abandoned cities, raiders, monsters, demons and aliens. Your goal is to survive and thrive in the wastelands of earth and eventually storm the nether and defeat the demon lords who caused earth’s catastrophe.

Suggested tweaks:
- lost cities mod: generate singleplayer worlds with wasteland preset
- download the sound physics mod and change global reverb gain to: 1.5
- thicc entities: change all zombies-based mobs’ speed to 1.5 (makes zombies scarier)
- install optifine
- use shaders with heavy fog
- lower render distance to 8 chunks (anything higher is not necessary if you are using fog. Also keeps framerate good)
- recommended 4gb of ram
