Description

This mod allows Modpack makers to add the Radiation aspect in game.

Players will suffer from radiation when roaming under the sun. Radiation is accumulated in player's body and once it reaches the certain level, debuff will be applied.

There are four debuffs in the mod right now:

1. Hunger - 200 000 radiation by default

2. Nausea - 800 000 radiation by default

3. Blindness - 2 000 000 radiation by default

4. Poison - 4 000 000 radiation by default

Debuffs are only applied when radiation can "hit" the player no matter the current radiation level accumulated.

Radiation only applies in certain biomes and in the Overworld only (for now).

Players can use RAD Pills to decrease their radiation level (NOTE: there is no recipe for the pills. If you need one, you should add it yourself)

To find out the current level of radiation, players should craft Geiger Counter.

Mod is highly configurable! You're able to set the following parameters in config:

1. List of biomes to apply or not to apply radiation in (whilelist of blacklist)

2. Number of solid blocks above player's head to inhibit radiation effect

3. Enable of Disable certain debuff completely

4. Set radiation thresholds for each debuff

5. Delay in game ticks since World creation before radiation mechanic will take effect

6. Amount of radiation to accumulate every 20 ticks

7. Effectiveness of RAD Pills (set as multiply factor of Radiation Strength)

You can also use these commands (OP permission is required of course):

/rad_reloadconfig - to reload changes made in config file without restarting the game

/rad_setradiation <amount> [player] - to set radiation level of certain player (or yourself, if second parameter is omitted)

Your suggestions are welcome!

All found bugs should be reported in github "Issue tracker" (link above).
