The Plague Doctor adds a terrifying new monster. Its history comes from the SCP universe, where it is referred to as SCP-049, also known as The Plague Doctor.

This eerie humanoid, wearing a medieval plague doctor mask, believes everyone is sick. It can speak fluent English and often speaks about the “Pestilence” while seeking to “cure” you. But this cure is deadly. If SCP-049 touches you, you will instantly die, and turned into a zombie. The Plague Doctor may seem like it wants to help, but in reality, its cure is far worse than the disease it claims to treat.

► [OLD] What is my console spaming?

Most mobs use special spawning conditions, which means that these mobs can only appear under certain conditions. If the spawning conditions work, this spam is created in the console.

► [OLD] Why can't I summon a mob?

Spawning Conditions determine which conditions must be met in order to spawn certain mobs. Some mobs only spawn above Y level 60. Some below. Most mobs can only spawn in the overworld than in other dimensions.

► Why are features missing in different versions?

It is recommended to play the newest versions of higher minecraft versions.

Not all features of MCreator available or the same in different versions.
For example: Version 1.19.2 doesn't have the feature of shield, better structure generation or custom villagers, but Version 1.20.1 does have them.

► Where does SCP-049 spawn?

SCP-049 can spawn anywhere in the overworld like a normal monster. However, there can only be one instance of SCP-049.

SCP-049, Plague Doctor

SCP-049 is a humanoid entity wearing a medieval plague doctor mask. It firmly believes that all living beings are infected with a mysterious illness it calls the “Pestilence”. SCP-049 can speak fluent English, often calmly discussing its duty to “cure” the afflicted but its cure is fatal. SCP-049 will stay neutral until a player has less than full health, or suffers from nausea, poison, wither or blindness. SCP-049 also sees villagers, illagers, hoglins and piglins as targets, and turns them into zombies too. If SCP-049 touches you, you will instantly die and a zombie will spawn. If SCP-049 remains neutral for a longer time, it will start to sing if a player is also within 10 blocks.

SCP-049 Zombies can appear anywhere in the world and attack players, Villagers, Illagers, Hoglins and Piglins and turn them into zombies when killed. Unlike normal zombies, SCP-049 zombies cannot be burned by daylight.
