Craftable Smithing Templates

Craftable Smithing Templates is a very simple mod that adds 2 new items, and reworks how making & duplicating Smithing Templates works!

Blank Smithing Template

The Blank Smithing Template is one of the new items added by this mod, it'll act as the base for all Smithing Templates.

Crafting it is easy! You can do it like so:

Blank Armor Trim Template

The Blank Armor Trim Template is one of the new items added by this mod, it'll act as the base for all Armor Trim Templates.

Crafting it is easy! You can do it like so:

You may notice the above recipes are similar to how you'd duplicate templates in Vanilla!

Speaking of duplicating templates! The way to do so has been changed.

You now need to combine the template you wish to duplicate with a Blank Template.

For instance:

The above image is the recipe for duplicating an Armor Trim template. 

Combining a Blank Armor Trim Template with the Template (for this example, a Sentry Armor Trim) will result in the duplication!

Same goes for duplicating a normal Smithing Template, such as the Netherite Upgrade:

Just use a Blank Smithing Template in place of the Blank Armor Trim Template.

Now for Crafting them!

Every existing vanilla Template has it's own crafting recipe now!

I will provide a few examples below:

The 3 above are for Netherite Upgrade, Snout Armor Trim & Eye Armor Trim!

all other recipes will be listed in the screenshots, alternatively you can use JEI (Just Enough Items)! or the Vanilla Recipe book!
