Cannot Build over Lava Source blocks

This blocks the player from placing a block over top of lava sources.

For realism and added difficulty.

Shown in the GIF below, player can build over flowing lava but not over source lava, source is treated as solid-ish and player cannot put a block onto it. 

You can only remove source lava with a bucket (or modded machines)
