Good Morning World!

The world as we know it was ended by a mysterious light that petrified all of humanity. You are the first to awaken, and now it's up to you to discover the secrets behind the petrification.

Welcome to Fantasy Vs. Science: Quarks & Magic
You've just woken up in this strange world after being petrified. It's very similar to Earth, but... more square?! You soon realize that this world is more dangerous than it seems. Mysterious creatures stalk you at night, and you discover that all the villagers in this world have also turned to stone... Just when you think you're completely alone, you discover that Senku is with you, a young man passionate about science who is not only a genius, but also determined to find out why you ended up petrified in this place. He and you will be in charge of finding the secrets of this world and unraveling them using science. It's time to conquer fantasy with science!

An adventure where you and your friends will learn about chemistry, physics, technology, and science. Follow Senku's steps in the series to advance from the Stone Age to the Space Age (and who knows... maybe even into the science of the future). The limit is in your hands.

Advance one step at a time... that's science.
With the Main Story quest system, advance step by step to learn each mod in this pack, from how to discover fire to how to generate electricity from scratch. Follow each step and little by little, you'll reach your goal.

- A complete quest line that recreates Dr. Stone's story.
- Boss battles: Battle Magma, Tsukasa, Hyoga, Ibara and Stanley in 4 boss battles in the main quest line.
- Survival system: Take care of your temperature and your thirst!
- Develop technology, explore, and have fun with your friends.
- More realistic custom crafting: don't forget to check out JEI to help you with the new recipes.
- Create electrical energy from scratch: Much like the series, using the energy of lightning to create powerful magnets.
- NPCs and a daily quest system.
- Push science to the limit and advance into the future: Learn how to create the petrifying device and have fun PVP battles with your friends. BUT BE CAREFUL! If everyone accidentally ends up petrified, you might have to wait another 3,400 years for someone to randomly wake up. (Just kidding, it'll only take 10 minutes.)

There are no things that science can't explain; the word "science" expresses the constant and painful effort required to do so.
Make your way through the world; don't try to break a tree with your bare hands; that won't work. Create flint tools, harvest wood, experiment with the world around you, and join your friends to create a civilization from scratch.

WARNING! THIS MODPACK CONTAIN SPOILERS
We recommend watching the anime first before playing this modpack, even though we don't include any spoilers for the manga!.

F.A.Q:

Q: Every time I try to summon an NPC through the quest menu, it displays an error.

A: Remember to have your world in cheat mode. Also, due to a known bug that prevents NPC summoning from working properly, every time you enter your world, you must enter the following command:
/easy_npc preset import custom
Then press TAB and the folder path for all your NPCs will appear. You don't need to execute the command, just delete it and that's it.
This will allow you to summon NPCs through FTB quests.
This bug is already reported with the author of Easy NPCs and will be probably fixed in the next update.
