Plagued Sun: Eclipse

Adds an Ending to Aidan_Wraith's Plagued Sun Modpack by allowing players to use the new Eclipse Effigy item, which provides the player with the Sunscreen effect from SmushyTaco's Solar Apocalypse mod, and can be activated by right-clicking while above ground in the Overworld, to summon the Skyworm from meatwheeze's NEEPMeat mod, who proceeds to eat the Eclipse Effigy, and fly toward the sun to consume it, shrinking the sun and triggering an eclipse from pymsrps' Astrocraft, inhibiting the effects of and putting an end to the Solar Apocalypse, but starting a Frozen Apocalypse from Jaggwagg's Frozen Apocalypse.
