Opinionated mod to bring back the usual familiar f3 order of things.
1.21.9 adds new debug overlay stuff, but the sections end up in seemingly random places.
This mod hard-codes the order of those sections (and the side they are on), to match earlier versions.
This mod also puts debug overlay rendering behind GUI to match earlier behavior, and fixes E counter.
