Cannibal Woods is here! After months of feedback from the original launch in my Discord, the new and improved version has finally arrived. This updated version completely overhauls the experience with a darker atmosphere, better performance, enhanced survival mechanics, and deeper immersion to make the wilderness feel more terrifying and alive than ever before

What is it?

Cannibal Woods is a realistic survival simulator that shares survival mechanics similar to RLCraft. Set deep in the remote North American wilderness, you must survive freezing cold weather conditions, battle relentless insatiable hunger and thirst, and build shelter, all while being stalked by a cannibalistic savage

First Night Survival Guide:

This modpack uses Tough As Nails, so if you fail to make a campfire before nightfall, you will die from the cold. Search recipes in your inventory in the bottom right search tab

Getting Started

1. Right click to pick up Twigs from the ground

2. Convert Twigs to Sticks

3. Find Gravel and collect Flint

4. Hold Flint and right click on Stone or another hard surface to break it into Flint Shards

5. Craft a Flint Knife

6. Use the Flint Knife to harvest Cobwebs from trees for String

7. Craft a Flint Hatchet and chop down trees for Logs

8. Craft a Flint Pickaxe and mine Coal

9. Craft a Campfire

Survival Tips

Survive by managing thirst, hunger, and temperature at all times. Avoid swimming early because it can rapidly freeze you, and don’t sprint unnecessarily since it drains resources. Craft a canteen (4 leather) or bottles (sand) to safely drink water, always cook food before eating, and make wool armor from string (4 string = 1 wool) to stay warm. Your main priority is staying hydrated, fed, and warm
