Welcome to TCG SMP! This modpack is a kitchen-sink like with a few tweaks and a special mechanic. You have to collect sand into a tower and as you fill the tower up, card packs are rewarded to you!

Collect different cards from different categories to unlock bonuses, and collect the creator ones to unlock CREATIVE FLIGHT!

This modpack was designed for the TCG SMP private server, and this pre-edition/prologue is meant to server as a experimental playthrough where we have tested different mechanics, approaches and solutions so when we get into the First Edition we come prepared to give the best experience we can!

The Tower

To progress on the pack and collect cards, you will need to kill monsters and make sand drop into the tower. Once the tower reaches 50 sands, a card pack will be rewarded to you, and any contributors/online players.

As you collect cards and higher rarities, place them into your Album to get bonuses! Including Creative Flight!

This does not require a server, but works nicely for both singleplayer and multiplayer!

TOWER IS RELEASED!

Use the command above to get the placer for the tower. Or find it in the creative tab!

WARNING: There is no protection to prevent the tower being broken, use Cadmus or use the Spawn Chunks to protect it.

Experimental & Support

Like it was previously mentioned this is an experiment essentially to test mechanics, logic and approaches to gather knowledge of what is the best approach to a long lasting, TCG-based, modpack.

As such: We won't be giving a lot of support to this pack, as we focus on building the next and first edition (consider this a pre-edition/prologue), but we will still attempt to fix bugs, and provide some extra content.

Known Issues

• Sometimes the sands on top of the tower bug their speed, can be temporarily fixed by using  /kjs reload server_scripts
• Placing a tower where the old one is can cause problems
• Moving the tower while sand is droping can cause issues
