Cobblemon Side by Side is an adventure styled modpack revolving around you and your Cobblemon facing the many challenges you'll face throughout your journey!

Don't just play Cobblemon, go on a journey with them!

Tired of modpacks where Cobblemon feel like a separate game bolted onto Minecraft? Where your Pokémon sit in their balls while you mine, build, and fight alone?

Side by Side changes that! Your Cobblemon aren't just pets to collect, they're partners who fight alongside you against everything Minecraft throws your way! From other Cobblemon, to powerful bosses, you'll face every challenge together!

Remember to check for updates often! As this pack is still new, I will be updating it all the time!

Update Ideas/ToDo/Roadmap:

- Make a Cobblemon Safari quest page where you go around scanning Pokemon with the Pokedex for rewards
- Datapack for Better Combat for all weapons that don't have it
- Create a Minecolonies Cobblemon style
- Create new Main Menu background
- Fix Twilight Forest Progression (DONE)
- Make most bosses tankier, since cobblemon add a devastating counter attack to the player (DONE)

General Modpack Tips!

1. Do not update any mods, unless you know what you're doing!
2. JEI is your best friend. Learn the recipe lookup hotkeys! (R for recipe, U for uses)
3. Don't skip the early game even if you know the mods! Some quests require you do early game tasks!
4. Allocate enough RAM! The default for this pack is 8 GB, that is the recommended amount!
5. Have a good time, and try something new!
6. Make sure to Back up your worlds before loading them on new versions of the Modpack! Some updates can brick your saves due to new large mods being added.

This modpack is designed for mid-tier modern day computers! The pack will automaticall be set to 8 GB ram, but can run on 6 if need be.

For any mod makers looking for credit, feel free to contact me if you wish for credit of your mod/datapack being used. I plan on making a document listing anyone wishing to be credited. 

If you run into any bugs, or just have any opinions on the pack you'd like to share, please feel free to tell me about them in the discord server! Try to avoid reporting bugs that are purely visual, unless they are game breaking and ruining progression. And please be kind to your fellow players!
